- Details you give us when you request a quote or book: your name, email, phone number, event date, guest count and the location or address of your event.
- Messages and information you send us when you contact our team.
- Information collected automatically as you browse, including your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view, and identifiers from cookies and similar technologies (including advertising identifiers such as a Google click id).
How we use your information
- To prepare and send your quote and to contact you about your inquiry or event.
- To arrange, deliver and take payment for a booking.
- To measure and improve our advertising, including reporting conversions to Google Ads.
- To run, secure and improve our website, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Cookies and advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site, understand how it is used and measure our advertising. We work with Google (Maps, Analytics and Ads), which may set its own cookies and receive advertising identifiers so we can see which ads lead to enquiries. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, such as our mapping and address provider, our email provider and, when you pay, our payment processor. We keep quote and booking information for as long as we need it to serve you and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations, after which we delete it or remove details that identify you.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can ask us to stop contacting you for marketing at any time. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have additional rights to know what we collect, to request deletion, to correct your information and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Children
Our services involve alcohol and are intended for adults. Our website is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
